The medicines could disrupt levels of a mood-regulating called dopamine in vulnerable individuals, a study by international researchers suggested. The findings come as The European Medicine' Agency launches a review of the family of drugs, called GLP-1 agonists, following reports of adverse psychiatric events, including suicidal thoughts.
