At the opening night of Stranger Things: The First Shadow Broadway show, Schnapp spoke about Netflix's upcoming final season and his close-knit bond with Brown. The 20-year-old actor revealed that throughout their longtime friendship, he's been "hard on her with all her [boyfriends]." "But this one I did like a lot," he said of Brown's now-husband, Jake Bongiovi.
