A Los Angeles gang leader turned music executive has claimed he can manipulate President Donald Trump into dropping extortion charges held against him. Eugene Henley Jr., 58, also known as 'Big U,' was charged last month with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. In court on Tuesday, a judge ruled that he should remain in prison while awaiting trial, after prosecutors said in a filing, seen by the LA Times, that he 'is up to his old tricks'.
