The Motown legend, 85, then began mumbling incoherently after being contacted by phone Wednesday morning. He did not sound well. But Robinson became lucid again a few seconds later, ending the call by saying: 'I can't speak about this right now.' Robinson was hit by a civil lawsuit Wednesday containing a slew of lurid claims against him and his wife Francis.
